Hot Power Hour Vinyasa
Flow through dynamic sequences, fire up your core, melt tension away, and stretch it all out in our signature infrared heated Vinyasa class. Sweat meets soul as you move with purpose building stamina and strength. Conscious breath-work guides movement, helping you ground. It is detoxifying, energizing, and just the right amount of spicy! All levels are welcome as we offer modifications for every class.
Warm Slow Flow
Set in our infrared heated studio at a gently warm temperature, this Vinyasa class flows at a slowed-down pace, allowing you to move mindfully through individual poses and transitions while still leaving you sweaty. Designed to build strength, confidence, and connection, this class is a great option for beginners. Experienced students can refine the fundamentals of alignment, deepen mind-body connection, and challenge control. With a focus on accessible movements, breath and fluidity, this class helps awaken the body in a supportive environment. All levels welcome.
Hot Mat Pilates
Strengthen from the inside out in this Pilates inspired class set in our signature infrared heated studio. This class is designed to activate your core with an emphasis on slow, controlled reps and alignment. Expect a satisfying burn and leave feeling stronger and longer! All levels welcome.
Hot Sculpt-Fusion
This energizing class fuses the focus and mindful movement of yoga with the power of strength-building sculpt. Expect to incorporate light weights, high repetitions, and core work to tone, sculpt, and build endurance from the inside out. A dynamic fusion of yoga and sculpt where intention and high-intensity meet. This is an intermediate - advanced class.
Hot Beat Sculpt
Turn up the heat and move to the rhythm in this high-energy, beat-based sculpt class! You will sweat through sequences using weights, sliders, bands and more. Expect low-impact, high-intensity work that leaves you strong, sculpted, and unstoppable. This is an intermediate - advanced class.
Hot Core Burn
Ignite your Abs in our 30-minute Core Burn class! Focused on deep core activation, strength, and stamina this class is designed to make sure you feel results long after you leave the mat! All levels welcome.
Breathwork and Meditation
This modern breathwork and meditation journey allows you to discover the power of the pause- the space between reaction and response- where your nervous system resets and your potential expands. This class is designed to guide you inward through intentional breathwork, somatic grounding, and guided clarity. No heat. Not heated. No experience needed.
Candlelit Yin
Step into the calm glow of candlelight and let the outside world fade away. This gentle flow blends mindful movement, deep stretches, and breath work in a serene, low-lit atmosphere designed to soothe your nervous system. Candlelight provides the perfect backdrop for sinking into this restoratives Yin practice. Not Heated. All levels welcome.
Please remember to bring a mat, water and towel to keep comfortable during your practice.
Class Cancellation Policy: We are happy to offer a full credit for any cancellations made more than four hours before class begins. If you need to cancel within four hours of class time, we kindly ask for your understanding that the class is non-refundable and a $5 late cancellation fee will apply. Cancelling within 45 minutes of class time will result in a no-show charge of $20 for all clients.
