Hot Power Hour Vinyasa

Flow through dynamic sequences, fire up your core, melt tension away, and stretch it all out in our signature infrared heated Vinyasa class. Sweat meets soul as you move with purpose building stamina and strength. Conscious breath-work guides movement, helping you ground. It is detoxifying, energizing, and just the right amount of spicy! All levels are welcome as we offer modifications for every class.

Warm Slow Flow

Set in our infrared heated studio at a gently warm temperature, this Vinyasa class flows at a slowed-down pace, allowing you to move mindfully through individual poses and transitions while still leaving you sweaty. Designed to build strength, confidence, and connection, this class is a great option for beginners. Experienced students can refine the fundamentals of alignment, deepen mind-body connection, and challenge control. With a focus on accessible movements, breath and fluidity, this class helps awaken the body in a supportive environment.

Hot Mat Pilates

Strengthen from the inside out in this Pilates inspired class set in our signature infrared heated studio. This class is designed to activate your core and tone your entire body while using rings, balls, and weights. Emphasis on slow, controlled reps and alignment. Expect a satisfying burn and leave feeling stronger and longer!

Hot Sculpt Fusion

This energizing class fuses the focus and presence of yoga with the power of strength training. Expect to move to the beat and incorporate light weights, high repetitions, and core work to tone, sculpt, and build endurance from the inside out.

Hot Power Vinyasa 45

Our signature infrared heated Vinyasa class, but express! A fiery 45 minute take on our Power Hour! This express Vinyasa delivers all the heat, flow, and energy you love. Intentional core work infused! All levels are welcome as we offer modifications for every class.

Monthly Release the Week Power Vinyasa

Set in our signature infrared heated class, this powerful Vinyasa is your end-of-week reset. Designed to help you sweat, move, and let go, you’ll flow through dynamic sequences and clear mental clutter. Each Release the Week ends with a little treat - a cold essential oil towel will be waiting for you in Savasana. Come shake off the stress of the week and leave feeling lighter, stronger, and fully recharged. All levels are welcome as we offer modifications for every class. This class will be held the second Sunday evening of every month 6:00-7:00 lead by Jen M.

Please remember to bring a mat, water and towel to keep comfortable during your practice.

Class Cancellation Policy: We are happy to offer a full credit for any cancellations made more than four hours before class begins. If you need to cancel within four hours of class time, we kindly ask for your understanding that the class is non-refundable and a $5 late cancellation fee will apply. Cancelling within 45 minutes of class time will result in a no-show charge of $20 for all clients.
