Hot Power Hour
Flow through dynamic sequences, fire up your core, melt tension away, and stretch it all out in our signature infrared heated Vinyasa class. Movement meets music and sweat meets soul as you move with purpose building stamina and strength. It is detoxifying, energizing, and just the right amount of spicy! All levels are welcome as we offer modifications for every class.
Hot Slow Flow
Set in our infrared heated studio, this Vinyasa class flows at a slowed-down pace, allowing you to move mindfully through individual poses and transitions. Designed to build strength, confidence, and connection, this class is a great option for beginners. Experienced students can refine the fundamentals of alignment, deepen mind-body connection, and challenge control. With a focus on accessible movements, breath and fluidity, this class helps awaken the body in a supportive environment.
Hot Mat Pilates
Strengthen from the inside out in this Pilates inspired class set in our signature infrared heated studio. This class is designed to activate your core and tone your entire body while using rings, balls, and weights. Expect a satisfying burn and leave feeling stronger and longer!
Hot Sculpt Fusion
This energizing class fuses the focus of yoga with the power of strength training. Expect to incorporate light weights, high repetitions, and core work to tone, sculpt, and build endurance from the inside out.
Monthly Yoga Nidra
Unwind and reset with our once a month Yoga Nidra class- a guided meditation designed to bring deep reset to the body and clarity to the mind. This practice invites you to lie back, let go, and journey inward. Minimal movement required- just presence. Perfect for all levels. This class will be held the first Sunday evening of every month 6:00-7:00.
Monthly Serene Yin Yoga
Move slower, feel deeper. This class invites you to linger in select postures, giving your muscles time to lengthen and your body space to unwind. Through intentional holds and mindful breath, you’ll improve posture, enhance mobility, and release stored tension. Perfect for all levels. This class will be held the third Sunday evening of every month 6:00-7:00.
Please remember to bring a mat, water and towel to keep comfortable during your practice.
Class Cancellation Policy: We are happy to offer a full refund for any cancellations made more than two hours before class begins. If you need to cancel within two hours of class time, we kindly ask for your understanding that the class fee or class credit is non-refundable.
