Tanner, RYT 200
Tanner first discovered yoga at the age of 16. As a competitive athlete, she immediately recognized the physical benefits, but it wasn’t until college that yoga became a deeply personal and spiritual practice. Amid the high stress and fast pace of campus life, yoga classes quickly became her sanctuary—a space to decompress, reconnect, and simply breathe. One of her teachers at the time became both a mentor and a friend, eventually entrusting her to take over those classes upon graduation. Though stepping into the role of teacher initially felt daunting, it quickly became the most fulfilling and inspiring part of her college experience. Teaching allowed her to share the transformative benefits of yoga while creating a supportive, inclusive community grounded in acceptance and connection. It was then she knew this was only the beginning of her journey as an instructor.
Tanner went on to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and has continued to deepen her studies in Hatha and Yin Yoga, anatomy and physiology, pranayama, and sound healing. Her teaching style is intuitive, adaptable, and welcoming to all students. Join Tanner Wednesday evenings and Friday afternoons for both Warm Slow Flow and Hot Power Hour.

Ryan, RYT 200
Ryan first stepped onto the mat in 2007, but it wasn’t until 2010- when she discovered the fiery rhythm of hot vinyasa flow- that yoga truly lit her up from the inside out. As a former gymnast, the practice stirred something deep in her muscles and memory: the joy of movement, the thrill of challenge, and the quiet strength found in stillness. What began as a curiosity soon became a calling. Over the past fifteen years, Ryan’s personal practice has transformed alongside her life. That journey eventually led her to complete her 200-hr RYT through Yoga Alliance, with a focus on dynamic, breath-fueled Vinyasa. In Ryan’s classes, you can expect powerful flows and creative transitions. She loves to play with arm balances and inversions. Her teaching style encourages you to listen inward, move mindfully, and meet yourself at the edge of your comfort zone (with compassion, of course).
Off the mat, Ryan is a full-time school psychologist dedicated to supporting youth mental health and wellness. She’s also a proud mom of three, an avid reader who rarely turns down a strong cup of coffee, and someone who believes that time outdoors is medicine. Join Ryan every Monday evening and Saturday morning for our Hot Power Hour Yoga.
