Jen L, E-RYT 500
Jen has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and it has changed her life in the best ways. What began as an outlet for work-related stress quickly became a passion, leading her to complete both her 200-hour and 300-hour certifications. She is now honored to lead her own 200-hour teacher trainings. Alli, owner of Here and Now, had the privilege of training under Jen’s expert guidance during her own 200 hour certification. Jen is not only an incredible instructor— she is a true gem in the yoga community. As a teacher, Jen is grateful every single day to share her love for the practice and to lead our family of yogis on their mats. Her classes focus on strength (especially in the core!), flexibility, balance—and lots of fun. Music plays a big part in Jen’s classes, so students are always encouraged to sing along and let go of the outside world! Join Jen every Tuesday and Thursday for Here and Now’s Hot Power Hour Yoga class.

Janelle B, E-RYT500 | Certified Mat Pilates Instructor | Certified Barre Fitness Instructor
Janelle is both spiritual and creative. She reminds her students to find their breath and begin again, believing that yoga is an inward journey—through the self, to the self. Yoga came into Janelle’s life in early 2015. She completed her 200-hour yoga certification in 2016 and went on to earn her 300-hour certification in 2020. Her love and commitment to yoga expanded in 2023 to include certifications in both Barre Fitness and Mat Pilates. Janelle’s teaching path has been unique. She works in treatment centers for individuals struggling with eating disorders and in addiction/recovery. She integrates breathwork and restorative yoga as tools to manage daily stress and heal past trauma. Yoga gave Janelle the strength and confidence to become the best version of herself. Tanner, RYT 200
Tanner first discovered yoga at the age of 16. As a competitive athlete, she immediately recognized the physical benefits, but it wasn’t until college that yoga became a deeply personal and spiritual practice. Amid the high stress and fast pace of campus life, yoga classes quickly became her sanctuary—a space to decompress, reconnect, and simply breathe. One of her teachers at the time became both a mentor and a friend, eventually entrusting her to take over those classes upon graduation. Though stepping into the role of teacher initially felt daunting, it quickly became the most fulfilling and inspiring part of her college experience. Teaching allowed her to share the transformative benefits of yoga while creating a supportive, inclusive community grounded in acceptance and connection. It was then she knew this was only the beginning of her journey as an instructor.
Tanner went on to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and has continued to deepen her studies in Hatha and Yin Yoga, anatomy and physiology, pranayama, and sound healing. Her teaching style is intuitive, adaptable, and welcoming to all students. Join Tanner Monday mornings and Wednesday evenings for both Hot Slow Flow and Hot Power Hour.

Whether you’re moving through an energizing Vinyasa or melting into a restorative Yin pose, Sarah believes yoga is about more than just movement — it’s about letting go, tuning in, and feeling amazing in your own skin. Her goal is for every student to leave class feeling strong, beautiful, and a little more connected to themselves. Join Sarah every Sunday morning for our Hot Power Hour.

Jen M, RYT 200
A former college athlete, Jen was first drawn to Vinyasa Yoga for its unique combination of physical intensity and mental grounding. With over 20 years of personal practice, earning her RYT-200 was a natural next step in deepening Jen’s connection to yoga. Jen’s teaching style emphasizes creative transitions that cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance. As a high school teacher in Rutherford, NJ, she brings her love of learning and strong communication skills into every yoga class, creating a supportive and empowering environment for her students. Jen is currently teaching in Cedar Groove and is excited to share her passion with a broader community as she continues to grow her teaching practice. Join Jen on select Sundays for our Hot Power Hour Yoga class.

Ryan, RYT 200
Ryan first stepped onto the mat in 2007, but it wasn’t until 2010- when she discovered the fiery rhythm of hot vinyasa flow- that yoga truly lit her up from the inside out. As a former gymnast, the practice stirred something deep in her muscles and memory: the joy of movement, the thrill of challenge, and the quiet strength found in stillness. What began as a curiosity soon became a calling. Over the past fifteen years, Ryan’s personal practice has transformed alongside her life. That journey eventually led her to complete her 200-hr RYT through Yoga Alliance, with a focus on dynamic, breath-fueled Vinyasa. In Ryan’s classes, you can expect powerful flows and creative transitions. She loves to play with arm balances and inversions. Her teaching style encourages you to listen inward, move mindfully, and meet yourself at the edge of your comfort zone (with compassion, of course).
Off the mat, Ryan is a full-time school psychologist dedicated to supporting youth mental health and wellness. She’s also a proud mom of three, an avid reader who rarely turns down a strong cup of coffee, and someone who believes that time outdoors is medicine. Join Ryan every Monday evening for our Hot Power Hour Yoga.

Debbie, E-RYT 500

A former athlete, she was initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits— but quickly discovered that the practice offered so much more. In May 2021, Debbie completed her 300-hour teacher training. Debbie has studied Restorative Yoga extensively with Judith Hanson Lasater and deepened her exploration through trainings in Minimal Prop Restorative, Restorative Therapeutics, and Slow Flow. In 2018, Debbie earned her Yin Yoga certification. Debbie’s teaching reflects her personal journey as she encourages others to love living in their bodies and in the moment— both on and off the mat. Join Debbie on the third Sunday of every month for our monthly Serene Yin Yoga class.

Tara’s classes emphasize functional movement, spinal articulation in all planes, and a balanced blend of discipline and ease. She brings a thoughtful mix of relatable cues, tactile feedback, and intelligent sequencing that appeals to both Pilates loyalists and curious movers alike.
